OFFICIAL RULES

These rules are a binding agreement between you and MovieFlix.com. By entering the contest you agree to be bound by these rules.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the contest or to win.

How to Enter. To enter, visit the MovieFlix.com website on the world wide web located at http://www.movieflix.com. Follow the on-screen directions to fill out the registration form and submit your name, address (for winner notification purposes only) and email address (collectively called "Registration"). You may submit your Entry by mail to MovieFlix.com, P.O. Box 480764 Los Angeles, CA 90048. Fax entries will not be accepted.

Multiple entries are not accepted. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of Entry

Eligibility. To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older, be a legal resident of the contiguous United States and be able to provide proof of legal residency. Employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse) of MovieFlix.com, its parent, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, the sponsors and prize donors (collectively, "Sponsors and Administrators") are not eligible. By entering this Contest, You agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest and/or use or possession of the Prizes.

Judging the Contest. The Judges will select one Grand Prize Winner (the "Winner") by random drawing. The decisions of the judges are final.

Winners Notification. The Winner will be notified by email, telephone or regular mail that their Entry has been selected. The Winner's Entry may appear www.MovieFlix.com on the world wide web. If we are unable to reach the Winner within seven (7) days the winner may forfeit the applicable prize and an alternate Winner may be selected.

About the Prizes. The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a DVD player. The Sponsors reserve the right to amend prize package without prior notice. MovieFlix.com reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. All prizes will be awarded. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. The Winner will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes, respectively. Only the manufacturer's warranties and claims apply to the prizes.

Official Rules and Winners List. Please visit MovieFlix.com or send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to request a copy of these Official Rules, to MovieFlix.com Contest Rules, P.O. Box 480764 Los Angeles, CA 90048. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS.

This Contest is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete Entries will be disqualified. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for any lost, misdirected, stolen or undelivered Entries. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer Entries. In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this Contest, MovieFlix.com reserves the right to cancel the Contest, and select winner for prizes from all eligible Entries received prior to the cancellation. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for typographical errors in the Contest site or these rules. All entries become property of the Sponsors and Administrators. This Contest shall be governed by California law, and participants in the Contest hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) for any claims or controversies arising out of the Contest. Each Participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue as set forth immediately above. Contest ends December 31, 2010.

MovieFlix.com reserves the right to share contestant information with Sponsors and Administrators Except as otherwise set forth above, all online participation in this Contest is governed by the Terms of Use for the MovieFlix.com web site. However, all personal information obtained from entrants of this Contest will be treated in accord with the TRUSTe Privacy Policy for MovieFlix.com
