Upon his arrival in Naples, Betti is given a threatening welcome by The Commandante, a man who basically controls all racketeer activity in the city. Undaunted by such threats, Betti furiously battles the protection rackets as well as a band of ugly rapists and a gang of vicious bank robbers.
